1. Purchase and Delivery
- Gift Cards can be purchased on our website in various denominations.
- Gift Cards are delivered electronically to the phone number provided at purchase.
- The gift recipient or you will receive a confirmation SMS with the Gift Card code upon successful purchase.
2. Use of Gift Cards
- Gift Cards can be used for one-time purchases only on MZN Bodycare.
- Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
- Gift Cards cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
- Free shipping is included with all purchases made using a Gift Card.
3. Validity & Risk of Loss
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards.
- You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Gift Card code.
4. Customer Conduct
- You are prohibited from reselling or attempting to resell Gift Cards.
- Any fraudulent activity involving Gift Cards will be investigated and may result in account termination.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Saudi Arabia
- Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Saudi Arabia
